Summit OverviewThe Senior Executives Association (SEA) and the Partnership for Public Service are excited to welcome you to the 2024 Senior Executive Leadership Summit: Leading Beyond Boundaries taking place February 13-15, 2024, both in person and virtually in Washington, DC. As the premier annual conference on public service leadership, the summit will inspire, develop and connect leaders across government, with a focus on current and aspiring Senior Executive Service (SES) members. This three-day event will include world-class keynote speakers, esteemed panels and productive group breakout discussions that will address the current obstacles federal leaders are facing and how to break boundaries and lead despite these challenges. The Senior Executives Association is a professional association, established over 40 years ago, to promote good government initiatives and advocate on behalf of SES and equivalents, as well as aspiring and rising leaders seeking to advance their careers. The Partnership for Public Service is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization working to build a better government and a stronger democracy. Its Public Service Leadership Institute is the preeminent source of public service leadership programs, policies and perspectives. In partnership, the knowledge and networks of these co-hosts make them the ideal team to convene federal leaders. NEW!
