Partner with SEA
The federal government relies on the private sector for a myriad of different solutions and services. Career federal leaders have long benefited from collaborating on policy discussion, sharing best practices, and tools to strengthen the efficacy of federal programs and personnel. In exchange, the private sector depends on strong federal leadership and effective government - and can help advance SEA's mission of empowering leaders to meet future challenges.
SEA serves as a catalyst for these collaborations and seeks more partners to drive the conversations forward. Corporate partners interested in engaging with SEA can do so in a variety of ways:
The CAC serves as a valuable link between SEA and the corporate community – each of whom have shared interest in contributing to the success of the career senior leadership corps and effective government more broadly. The purpose of the CAC is to support SEA’s mission through engagement, informed guidance, and idea exchanges.
The CAC allows members to work with federal decision-makers on policy and programmatic initiatives and to influence the conversation on 21st century government transformation; provides members the opportunity to network and foster business relationships; and brings together traditional and non-traditional voices to advance thought leadership on the most pressing government leadership and management issues.

Corporate partners can sponsor a specific event, roundtable discussion and workshops, webinars and more. Opportunities abound and we are happy to work with you on any ideas you may have.
One of our most high-profile events is the Presidential Rank Awards Leadership Summit. It provides exceptional educational, mentoring, and networking opportunities and a chance to be seen by hundreds of past, current and aspiring SES members and senior leaders.
SEA partners with federal employee associations, good government groups, civil society, and other government entities. We continue to collaborate on programs, policies, and research to strengthen government and better serve all federal leaders. SEA believes these strategic engagements are crucial to amplifying the work being done to create a more effective government - to partner with SEA, email SEA President Bill Valdez.
