The Acquisition Community of Change is established by the Senior Executives Association and is led by SEA members. The Acquisition CoC, within the limits of this Charter, and under the supervision of the SEA Board of Directors, works collaboratively with SEA members and key stakeholders to develop programs and policies that improve the overall effectiveness of senior executives and other leaders within the Federal government.

 Registered Members

The Cyber Community of Change is established by the Senior Executives Association and is led by SEA members. The Cyber CoC, within the limits of this Charter, and under the supervision of the SEA Board of Directors, works collaboratively with SEA members and key stakeholders to develop programs and policies that improve the overall effectiveness of senior executives and other leaders within the Federal government.

The Fiscal Accountability Community of Change is established by the Senior Executives Association and is led by SEA members. The Fiscal Accountability CoC, within the limits of this Charter, and under the supervision of the SEA Board of Directors, works collaboratively with SEA members and key stakeholders to develop programs and policies that improve the overall effectiveness of senior executives and other leaders within the Federal government.

The Governance Innovation CoC, within the limits of this Charter, and under the supervision of the SEA Board of Directors, works collaboratively with SEA members and key stakeholders to develop programs and policies that improve the overall effectiveness of senior executives and other leaders within the Federal government.

The Human Capital/Leadership Community of Change is established by the Senior Executives Association and is led by SEA members. The HC/Leadership CoC, within the limits of this Charter, and under the supervision of the SEA Board of Directors, works collaboratively with SEA members and key stakeholders to develop programs and policies that improve the overall effectiveness of senior executives and other leaders within the Federal government.

The National Security CoC, within the limits of this Charter, and under the supervision of the SEA Board of Directors, works collaboratively with SEA members and key stakeholders to develop programs and policies that improve the overall effectiveness of senior executives and other leaders within the Federal government.
