SEA's new Communities of Change (COCs) were created to utilize the expertise and experience of SEA members to address important issues affecting government leaders and produce legislative/policy solutions that result in a more effective and efficient government that is responsive to the exponential changes facing society at large.

Acquisition

The Acquisition Community of Change (Acquisition CoC) is established by the Senior Executives Association (SEA) and is led by SEA members. The Acquisition CoC, within the limits of this Charter, and under the supervision of the SEA Board of Directors, works collaboratively with SEA members and key stakeholders to develop programs and policies that improve the overall effectiveness of senior executives and other leaders within the Federal government. Cyber

The Cyber Community of Change (Cyber CoC) is established by the Senior Executives Association (SEA) and is led by SEA members. The Cyber CoC, within the limits of this Charter, and under the supervision of the SEA Board of Directors, works collaboratively with SEA members and key stakeholders to develop programs and policies that improve the overall effectiveness of senior executives and other leaders within the Federal government.
