Flash Mentoring

The purpose of the Senior Executives Association’s flash mentoring program is to provide a valuable learning experience for newly appointed SES and GS-14/15 members of SEA, yet require a limited commitment of time for those active or retired SES members who participate as mentors. Under this program, flash mentoring is defined as a one-time meeting or discussion that enables an individual to learn and seek guidance from a more experienced person who can pass on relevant knowledge and experience. Both the mentor and mentee commit to only a one-time, one-hour meeting.

The program is typically run in the late fall. For more information, contact Peter Sherer of Experience Matters at peter@expmatters.com, or at (202) 210-5587.

Note Flash Mentoring a members-only benefit.
