The National Academy of Public Administration, in partnership with Management Concepts, invites you to attend the final event of the year which is focused on the human capital issues identified in the Academy's “No Time to Wait” series of reports. The report states “Recruiting and retaining a talented workforce fairly, from all segments of society is important. This will improve the ability of departments and agencies to recruit the right people with the right competencies with agency-wide diversity and inclusion in mind.”
Hear key leaders in government talk about what their agencies have done and plan to do to modernize workforce management practices. Learn how the utilization of various talent management approaches, specifically ones that include diversity and inclusion efforts, is being used as a successful strategy to attract and retain talented employees.
