Priorities: I have 3 priorities for SEA – 1) Set an aggressive SEA Legislative Agenda to focus on pay, career development, and safeguarding benefits. I am seeking to assure equity while improving recruiting, growing and retaining top talent. 2) Increase diversity within the SES. Organizations that have diversity of thought, background and experience achieve exceptional results and are efficient in mission effectiveness. 3) Build the SES toward an “employer of choice.” Being part of the SES should mean a positive work climate, performance focus, collaboration and a strong customer focus.
