SEA's new Communities of Change (COCs) were created to utilize the expertise and experience of SEA members to address important issues affecting government leaders and produce legislative/policy solutions that result in a more effective and efficient government that is responsive to the exponential changes facing society at large.
The National Academy of Public Administration and the Senior Executives Association (SEA) today announced that they have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to work together on projects to achieve the organizations’ shared goals of effective and efficient government, modern management practices within the federal government, and strong public confidence in career civil servants’ ability to carry out their mission.
On Thursday, May 11, 2017, Bill Valdez, President of the Senior Executives Association (SEA), and Senator Heidi Heitkamp (D-ND) will meet to discuss how to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Federal civil service.
