SEA/Deloitte 2017 Government Human Capital Trends Symposium

SEA collaborated with Deloitte to host an exciting event around the Human Capital Trends and their impact on government agencies.

The event took place on March 17, 2017 at the Halcyon House, a local incubator in Georgetown. Government executives representing 22 agencies/organizations had the opportunity to engage with speakers from SEA, as well as Global and Federal Human Capital Leaders from Deloitte and Government.

The event included an engaging panel led by Deloitte’s David Dye and featuring Mika Cross (DOL), David Bray (FCC), Nagesh Rao (SBA), and Heidi Paxton (Deloitte). The highlight of the day was a breakout activity in which attendees discussed the trends in small groups. Popular trend topics were around Leadership, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, and Diversity & Inclusion.
