Along with its usual work in the legislative and good government space, SEA is building up its member services & programming to help members in their career journeys as the Association seeks to advance the leadership profession. In order to best serve SEA members, please help us identify the types of programming of most interest to you. Pick from the ideas below or share your own.

  • Networking functions, including happy hours and other meet & greet events
  • Small group roundtable discussions with senior agency leaders (e.g. OMB, GSA, OPM)
  • Speaker series featuring high-level speakers (e.g. thought leaders in the federal space, Members of Congress, private sector)
  • Early SES-career support opportunities (e.g. ECQ training, ECQ reviews, small-group and one-on-one mentoring)
  • Just in Time Professional Development Trainings (e.g. 1 hour interactive discussions on soft-skills and leadership topics)
  • Online webinars on topics ranging from federal benefits to legislative updates to professional development training
